Thinking about getting fit is daunting, going to a busy gym or a bootcamp as a newcomer to improve your fitness and strength can be quite an unnerving experience.

The main problems we run into are a lack of motivation to push past your defensive barriers and work yourself, to lose the pounds and gain fitness and strength. Imagine you have been working all day and you are now thinking about what to work out, when you just need some help and guidance to achieve your goals. You don’t want to get a Personal Trainer because they are too costly, and as a result you are losing belief and motivation and fear you will give up.

Tae-Fit is an instructor led military style fitness club based around Tae Kwon-Do techniques, involving kicking, punching, engaging your core and cardio exercise.
